Tivoli Royale Country Club’s Royale Lounge has a new menu that aims to bring back the warmth and nostalgia of family meals. General Manager Cherryl Go describes the collection of dishes as “unforgettable food that we tried at some point in our lives, learned to love and regularly crave for.”
Executive Chef Jonnel Roxas crafted a must-try Louisiana-inspired Po’ Boy sandwich (Php420) filled with crispy chunks of deep-fried freshwater shrimp coated in cajun spice blend, pickle relish, and remoulade sauce, all inside a warm and crusty Pistolet bread. The Filipino twist on a Philly cheese steak sandwich (Php400) called the Beef Steak Sandwich is another crowd favorite. It features tender sirloin beef with smothered onions, pickles, and smoked cheese sauce in a crusty French bread.
The menu also includes Sous Chef Jomhar Marcial’s Nasi Goreng (P550), an Indonesian rice dish with chicken satay that adds a touch of Filipino flavor with pickled papaya on the side. Mediterranean Lamb Stew (P1,050), one of Chef Jonnel’s specialties, is a milder version tailored to the Filipino gourmand. This earthy and balanced stew features young lamb that’s double sautéed with onion, garlic, ginger, and spices before being slow-cooked for three hours with fresh spinach and fiber-rich chickpeas.
For classic family-favorite viands, Royal Lounge offers the Country Fried Chicken (P600), Pork Dinuguan (Php500), and Gising-Gising (Php350). Cheesy Macaroni (Php350) and Mozzarella Sticks (Php320) cater to kids and kids-at-heart, while the Choco Lava Cake (P380) and Mango Tartlet (P380) provide sweet endings to the meal.
Tivoli Royale Country Club’s new menu is all about the collective experience of delicious food that brings people together. It offers something for everyone and provides a warm and welcoming ambiance perfect for family dining.
